Committee Affairs Office


Tasks and Responsibilities:

The Office of Public Committee Affairs for the University is responsible for the following:

  1. Receive the topics presented to the university's popular committee or its secretary and complete the necessary data and information about them.
  2. Preparing the draft agenda for the meetings of the university's popular committee in coordination with its secretary, drafting the minutes, recording its decisions, and notifying the relevant authorities and the colleges and units affiliated with the university.
  3. Receive the minutes of the popular committee meetings, present them to the secretary of the university's popular committee, record their decisions, and communicate them.
  4. Organizing the communications of the Secretary of the Popular Committee for the University and his work programs.
  5. Receiving incoming correspondence for the Secretary of the Popular Committee of the University, preparing his correspondence, archiving it, and providing the information he requests.
  6. Carrying out other tasks assigned by the Secretary of the Popular Committee.
