This step, which was technically overseen by the Information and Documentation Center team, aims to enhance institutional communication channels and enable faculty members to easily and conveniently send their inquiries and comments related to academic and administrative matters, ensuring that they are responded to as quickly as possible.

The goal: To facilitate direct communication with management without the hassle of in-person attendance.
Required information: (full name, national ID number, email address, workplace, and subject).
Processing: Orders will be received and processed electronically to ensure accuracy and speed.
