Nalut | June 2, 2026
The Nalut University launched, on Monday, June 1, 2026, the electronic library based on the global Koha library management system, as part of the celebrations for National Information Technology Day, in the presence of the university president, university deputies, deans of colleges, faculty members, staff, teaching assistants, students, and a number of individuals interested in the technology and digital transformation sector.
The launch of the electronic library was announced during the celebration organized by the university for this occasion, as this project represents one of the digital transformation initiatives aimed at developing library services and supporting the educational process and scientific research.
The electronic library enables students, faculty members, and researchers to search the library's collections through a unified electronic catalog, and to identify available books and scientific references, their locations, and their status, which contributes to facilitating access to knowledge sources and enhancing the quality of library services.
The launch of this project is part of the university's efforts to adopt modern technological solutions and develop its digital infrastructure, which enhances the quality of academic services and supports the educational and scientific research environment.
The University of Nalut extends its thanks and appreciation to the Information and Documentation Center and the Library Management, and to everyone who contributed to the completion and launch of this project.
To access the electronic library and search its collections, you can visit the website:
