Nalut University participates in the national initiative (Tamkeen) to develop artificial intelligence skills

In the context of enhancing the efficiency of its administrative staff, Nalut University participates in the national initiative (Empower) to develop artificial intelligence skills.

As part of Nalut University's ongoing efforts to improve administrative performance and keep up with digital transformation, the university participated in the specialized training course on "Using Artificial Intelligence to Develop Administrative Skills," which was held in the city of Nalut throughout the past week.

Each of the following represented the university in this session:

Professor/Fouad Nouri Baghani (Director of the Student Awareness and Guidance Department at the University).

Mr. Siraj Saeed Al-Saifaw (Director of the University Council Office).

This course comes as part of the national initiative (Empowerment) dedicated to qualifying and developing public sector employees, which is overseen by the Ministry of Civil Service. The training course lasted from April 26 to April 30, 2026, with a total of 15 hours of intensive training, aimed at equipping participants with modern artificial intelligence tools to enhance the efficiency of administrative work within institutions.

The participation of the university department heads reflects the commitment of Nalut University’s administration to integrate modern technologies into the academic and administrative work environment, which contributes to enhancing the level of services provided to students and the community, and achieving a rapid response to the requirements of modern management.

It is worth mentioning that this course targeted a number of administrative staff in the municipalities of the region, as part of a comprehensive national plan to build qualified cadres that contribute to the advancement of Libyan state institutions.

Wishing all the best to our colleagues participating in their professional journey to serve our university and our nation.
